Professional Experience
Mr. Cahan has a sophisticated general business, corporate and transactional practice including complex business transactions, business negotiations, business crisis planning, real estate transactions, representations of investors, entrepreneurs and individuals in various business related matters, asset and wealth preservation planning, utilization of various offshore, multi-national and domestic planning vehicles for wealth preservation and estate planning purposes, complex probate matters and other similar matters.

Mr. Cahan is active in the American Bar Association, Commercial Law League of America, Florida Bar Association Real Property Trust Probate Section, Business Section and the International Law Section of the American Bar Association.
